Day 5: Manyara / Ngorongoro Crater

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater
Fill your day tracking and photographing some of the finest black-maned lion in Africa , as well as a multitude of other animals, stopping midday for a picnic lunch on the Crater floor. Ngorongoro Crater Lodge B L D

Days 7-8: Ngorongoro Crater / Serengeti National Park
A short flight takes you to your next luxury tented camp, where you spend two days exploring this vast region, a protected animal sanctuary since 1929. Grumeti River Camp B L D

Day 9: Serengeti National Park / Arusha / Nairobi / Samburu Game Reserve
Fly across East Africa to the Samburu Game Reserve in northern Kenya . A game drive is in store en route to camp. Larsen's Camp B L D

Day 10: Samburu Game Reserve
Spend the day exploring Samburu, searching for species unique to northern Kenya such as reticulated giraffe, Grevy's zebra, beisa oryx and, with luck, the elusive leopard on the banks of the Uaso Nyiro River . Larsen's Camp B L D

Day 11: Samburu / Masai Mara Game Reserve
Adventure leads to the Masai Mara, the Kenyan portion of the Greater Serengeti ecosystem, where game viewing is scheduled for this afternoon. Bateleur Camp B L D

Days 12-13: Masai Mara Game Reserve
The Mara, one of the great game-viewing regions of the world, contains Kenya 's richest concentrations of wildlife. On morning and afternoon game drives, view migrating herbivores and their predators - lion, cheetah and leopard.
